Once you’ve read the scout report and know they’re not supported you can tap their territory and choose “Attack”. To start your attack send a scout before throwing your ships at them, as they may have a friend or friends waiting to beat the tar out of you. That time period depends on the level of the item, but is typically 8 hours or more! Starting Your Attack If during the attack you’ve managed to take an item from the player you will have crossed swords over your territory and will be unable to shield until you “give up” and surrender the item, or wait the period of time without a shield to claim it. You will not be able to shield until your fleet is on its way back. Second, you will want to be reasonably close as your shield will be down for the duration of the attack.
